• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the deposit.

• No-shows without prior notice: No refund.

Early Departure

• Early departures: No refund for unused nights.

Changes to Reservations

• Modifications to reservation dates must be made at least 15 days prior. Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Shortened stays are treated as cancellations.

• Unforeseen circumstances: Full refund.

• Force majeure events: Reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or accommodations.

• Issued using the original payment method or alternative arrangements if necessary.

• Bank charges or fees deducted from the refund amount.
